Kitchen of the Month - November

VM0762_BURBIDGE_FENTON_SC01_MAIN_A_CMYK
The Burbidge Fenton

The Panelling Centre takes pride in curating a selection of designs that are on-trend and effortlessly stylish. Our collections feature the most current kitchen trends that our customers look for when refreshing their home. One such design has found the perfect mix between classic and modern.

The result is a warm, attractive and welcoming social space for family and friends to enjoy. The Panelling Centre is delighted to announce the Burbidge Fenton as the November Kitchen of the Month.

Beautifully understated, Fenton embodies the characteristics of the timeless shaker design – simplicity, functionality and quality craftsmanship. The unadorned, slim-line framing is very popular in kitchen furniture design.

Once again, the classic shaker style has proven that it’s impeccable craftsmanship still has a place in the modern-day household. The three characteristics of the traditional shaker style (plainness, practicality and pride), are the foundations of the Fenton kitchen and subtle design distinctions prove to be a favourite feature for the cooking spaces of Ireland’s homeowners.

Top Kitchen Trends that are Here to Stay

ISE-Lifestyle_lis_20190816-065931_1

They say the kitchen is the heart of any home and while many of us may think about investing in what our kitchen looks like, at The Panelling Centre, we know it’s also important to think about the appliances you’re going to put in it.

For those planning to upgrade their kitchen this summer, Geraldine O’Donoghue of In-House Appliance Centre, which is located inside The Panelling Centre showroom in Deansgrange, has identified three kitchen trends that will stand the test of time and take your kitchen from good to great.

Integrated Appliances

Nowadays, making the most of the space you’ve got is high on the priority list of homeowners and integrated appliances is a growing trend and the ideal way to make your kitchen appear streamlined and sleek.

Where once having designer brands on show was stylish, minimalism is the new face of luxury and In-House Appliance Centre offers a range of kitchen solutions to conceal your appliances including fridges, dishwashers and dryers to add a touch of elegance to the hub of your home.

Naxos-1
The Naxos

‘The choice of versatile worktops and accessories are practically limitless.’

The clean and minimalistic aesthetic continues to be the cornerstone of style for kitchens across the country with bright and simple finishes remaining at the top of customers’ wish lists. Modern, minimalist design is what everyone is after, yet bright doesn’t necessarily mean white as our ‘Kitchen of the Month’, the Naxos demonstrates.

The cream gloss finish can have the same space-enhancing qualities as a white kitchen while also lending a softer and warmer look. The Naxos is elegant and understated while also remaining versatile enough for splashes of individual personality. A practically limitless choice of worktops and accessories gives kitchen owners the opportunity to really make this kitchen unique to them and their family.

Organised Chaos present: Tips to ease your Wardrobe Woes

S7114_GRAFTON_Alderlay-Dark-BLUE-Bedroom_Thumb

Alderly Wardrobe range in Dark Grey

Sponsored Content

This week, Organised Chaos spent a lovely day down in The Panelling Centre in Limerick (one of their six branches nationwide) where I got a tour of their wardrobe collection. There’s nothing better than a gorgeous, organised wardrobe so I was delighted when they asked me to go take a look!

As the lovely Panelling Centre team showed me around the branch, they also shared some interesting statistics into Ireland’s top wardrobe woes. Apparently 51% of people say that their partner has different storage needs to them, which can lead to problems – so the lesson there is that you really need to give hubby more than one rail! Easier said than done, right!

The Panelling Centre is the perfect place to begin if you’re on the hunt for a storage solution with a great collection of wardrobes available. The Quattro range is a timeless four panel style wardrobe which comes in both Light Grey and White with various mirror sizes available too. Another wardrobe that stood out to me was the Alderley range which is a Woodgrain PVC, shaker style design that would suit any bedroom. My personal choice of colour would be the Dark Blue shade in Alderley but there is also Light Grey, Dark Grey and Cashmere too… That is, if I couldn’t have the walk-in wardrobe that they showed me of course!
